The name Posidon came from a famous Syrian philosopher named Posidonius who traveled to Greece to learn and teach.
He combined the wisdom of both Syria and Greece to create new philosophies and concepts. Here at Posidon, we are doing the same but with our food.
Head Chef, Ammar Chammamis, was born and raised in Syria and learned all the traditional flavors and methods of cooking.
As an adult, he moved to Greece to open a restaurant. Now he uses a blend of both cultures and tastes to create an authentic and totally unique new experience for your taste buds!
